Dr. Anil Kumar Yadav is a distinguished ophthalmologist specializing in corneal and refractive surgery. A graduate of the renowned KEM Hospital (MBBS), he went on to pursue his DNB in Ophthalmology from Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital & Eye Research Centre, one of India’s leading institutions in eye care and research.

He further advanced his career by joining the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Department at Dr. Agarwal’s, where he gained in-depth expertise in femtosecond laser technology and corneal procedures. During this time, he performed several advanced surgeries including Intacs and Kerarings, and also served as a teaching faculty for DNB and Optometry students—mentoring the next generation of eye care professionals.

To broaden his surgical proficiency, Dr. Yadav completed an intensive course in Phacoemulsification at the Arasan Eye Institute in Erode, Tamil Nadu. He is certified by Abbott Medical Optics (AMO) for femtosecond laser application in India.

A true pioneer in his field, Dr. Yadav was the first to perform a live femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK surgery in Mumbai (Western India)—a significant milestone in advanced refractive surgery.
